The founder of Clatterans has lived in the United States for many years and was used to drinking unfiltered tap water directly. However, he began to raise questions about water quality when he gradually experienced hair loss and eczema symptoms on his skin.

Seeking high-efficient water filters

According to research, unfiltered tap water contains two major pollutants, lead and chlorine. Long-term intake can harm human skin, respiratory system and vital organs. Based on his own unfortunate experience, the founder decided to make a difference. He met a friend who has a passion for health and the environment and owns a filter factory. They researched the current filter products on the market, only to find they were expensive and made with inferior-quality materials and had poor filtration abilities. They decided to use the most advanced coconut shell carbon rods as the filter, and Clatterans was born. After using the Clatterans filter, his condition of hair loss and skin has been improved.
